Postponing Kaufmann / Tézier

We regret to inform you that, the recital with due to a sudden Covid-illness of Jonas Kaufmann, the concert Jonas Kaufmann/Ludovic Tézier scheduled for October, 6 at 19h00, has been postponed to a new date to be announced shortly.

Tickets owners can save the tickets they have bought to attend teh concert in the new date; they can change tickets for the postponed event with those for another performance of our 2023/24 ot 2024/25 Season or ask for refunding within 2024, October 26 included.

HOW TO CHANGE TICKETS FOR THE NEW DATE

As soon as the new date will be defined, it will be communicated through our official website and by email with all the related instructions to change the tickets. For any further detail or information it is possible to address a request to the Ticket Office of Teatro di San Carlo (open everyday from 10h00 to 18h00) by email to the address biglietteria@teatrosancarlo.it, or make a phone call at +390817972331/421.

Change ticket requests are accepted within 2024, October 26 included.

HOW TO CHANGE TICKETS FOR THE NEW DATE

Tickets for the cancelled events can be changed with those for other events of our 2023/24  or 2024/25 Season addressing a request to our Ticket office .

The Ticket Office of Teatro di San Carlo is open everyday from 10h00 to 18h00.

Purchases at Teatro San Carlo Ticket office and on www.teatrosancarlo.it

For this kind of purchase, you can reach Teatro di San Carlo Ticket Office in person during the regular opening hours (every day from 10 to 18) or you can fill the refunding request form available on the website www.teatrosancarlo.it (link: https://www.teatrosancarlo.it/en/rimborsi). Otherwise, you can contact our Ticket Office by phone at 0817972331/421 or by email at the address biglietteria@teatrosancarlo.it. For this kind of purchase, refunding will be by bank transfer.

Purchases online – www.vivaticket.it

For this kind of purchase, please fill the refunding request form available on the website www.vivaticket.it (link: https://shop.vivaticket.com/eng/rimborso). The refunding will be on the credit card or Paypal account used for the payment.


Purchases by Group Office

Refunding requests can be sent to the Group Purchases Office at gruppi@vivaticket.com.

Purchase by a Retailer
